As Theo struggled to move away from Melody, the door suddenly swung open with a click. A gust of cold air from the hallway rushed in, causing her to shiver and instinctively press herself closer to Theo. "Theo, I love you so much," she said as she sobbed. Yet, his eyes were locked on the doorway. Seeing the person who had just walked in, he hurriedly explained in a slightly panicked voice, "Sierra, it's not what you think. I… I have nothing to do with her." Melody buried her face in his chest, a flicker of triumph flashing in her eyes. She tightened her arms around his neck and turned to Sierra, standing at the door. "Ms. Shaw, I truly love Theo. There are genuine feelings between us. Please let us be together." The moment those words left her mouth, Theo's expression turned ice-cold. Without hesitation, he shoved her aside and walked over to Sierra, carefully taking her hand. "Sierra, believe me." Melody fell to the floor. Lowering her head, she started crying as if she were the
