Chapter 193
"Get out."
Emma leaned over and yanked the door open, dead serious.
They were halfway down the mountain road outside the Ellis estate. From here to the nearest bus stop? At least half an hour on foot. Sienna clutched her seatbelt, shaking her head. "No way, just drop me at the corner."
"No. You're getting out now. I'm not letting you drag me down with you. I told you to apologize to Louise, and what did you do? Not only did you not pay back the money, you even threw a glass?"
"Thought throwing a glass was satisfying, huh? Funny thing is, I was the one who brought you to that engagement party. Did you even think for a second? That glass-was it aimed at Louise's face, mine, or the bride's?!"
Sienna refused to budge. Emma didn't give her a choice-she grabbed her and shoved her straight out of the car, letting her hit the pavement hard.
Slam. The door shut, tires screeched, and Emma sped off without so much as a glance back.
