Bellatrix wasn't sure how long she had slept for. After the event that had taken place, coupled with the pain in her chest, she had been so tired and emotionally exhausted that she had fallen asleep. When she woke, it was because of the urge to drink water. Luckily, there was an untouched glass on her nightstand and a pitcher of water, which she assumed Avery had left for her. Picking the glass, she poured water and began drinking, emptying the entire glass. When she was done, she placed the glass back and looked at the darkened sky through her window. "It's dark already." She said in a voice, low and almost hoarse as she wandered over to the window. The world outside seemed so still and peaceful, and Bellatrix wondered if the people were feeling the same way. 'Perhaps, the only one suffering and not feeling at peace, is me.' She thought as she leaned against the barless window. How long was it going to go on for?
