#Chapter 30 (Deonna) New Baby

Marlon had a small building set up for me to stay in. The building wasn’t far from the manor; it was still a part of the Roessler property within the courtyard. But not attached to the manor. He still had me wear a cufflink that only he had access to remove so that I couldn’t transition into a werewolf and escape. I also wasn’t allowed to leave the house. If anyone were to see me, we would all be dead. I had to admit though, it was a nice setup. There was a small kitchen with a fridge that Marlon kept stocked with different varieties of food. There was also a king-sized bed, which was extremely comfortable. Much more comfortable than the slave farm, and even a little more comfortable than the bed I slept in while residing in the maid’s courters. Sierra would come to visit me periodically to check on my heart condition and Dr. Lovewitt would come to visit me periodically to check on everything else. They both knew better than to question Marlon and his antics, so they didn’t as
