Two Days Later For three hours, I’ve waited, sitting in the council for my petition meeting. My ass is going numb, and this skirt is so tight it’s digging into my hips. The air conditioning in here sucks too, making me feel queasy, and when I see Alpha Nixon walk out of the chambers with a smug smile on his face, my mood sours even more.
