From that day on, William Turner stopped coming to the apartment. Olivia Hale still called once in a while, but most of the time she left him alone. Gradually, William felt like everything was back to normal—except Chloe Grace still refused to see him. He went to Wynthorpe Manor and waited outside for a long time.
