Chapter 636
Anya’s POV:
When I heard this, I cried even harder. The leukemia my daughter had last time almost killed her.
The second relapse was even more dangerous.
“Isn’t it just another bone marrow transport? I can do it.” Evan comforted me gently.
“Evan…” my eyes were filled with tears as I leaned into his arm.
Although I hated Evan to the core, I was extremely grateful for it.
He was also a very qualified father.
“Don’t cry. Our daughter will be fine.”
“I am here. I will protect you guys.”
I sobbed so hard that I didn’t know what to say. I just leaned into his arms and cried.
‘Why was God so unfair?’
‘Why did my daughter suffer so much?’
“Let’s go in and take a look at Flora.”
“Alright!”
In the ward, Flora was still lying on the bed, surrounded by Barbie dolls and cute pulse toys. It doesn’t look like a ward but like a Princess Castle.
“My baby Flora,” Evan pushed open the door and entered.
When Flora saw her Daddy, her eyes instantly lit up. She said sweetly, “Daddy, Flora miss you so much.”
