Morning came and I instantly dress up finding the bed empty, Jawad must be in office.

Going downstairs I met with Myrah, a plate of scrambled egg in her front, her brows furrowed. Moving towards her, I took a fresh plate placing my own scrambled egg and started munching on it immediately, Myrah didn't even know I'm sitting beside her.

'Hello you there?" I waved my hands in front of her face, snapping her out of her thought. She forced a smile taking a bite of her untouched food.

'Is something bothering you?" I asked with concern.

'No.. Nothing." She answered back. The little days I spent with her, I know she's not a quiet one there must be something bothering her. She looks out of place, her eyes look lost, I decided not to question her more, we ate in silence. Until she pulled her chair back muttering I'm stepping out for a bit. I let out a small sigh.

How can we pretend to be couples in love, when we don't even talk to each other that much, something must be wrong with this man.

I stayed up in my room all day, only go out when it's necessary. Picking up the plate, I took them downstairs, the living room is eerily quiet. Aunt Fatima must be sleeping. Taking a bottle of water and walking towards the room, I heard the sound of something smashing followed by voices which I recognize so well.
