#Chapter 185: Getting Steamy

Ava I snapped my eyes open at the sound of the door creaking, my hand immediately moving away from my groin. My cheeks flushed red as I saw a tall figure emerge from the steam, followed by a tawny head of hair and a pair of green eyes. “Ava. There you are.” Chris approached the edge of the pool in a plush robe with a towel tucked under his arm, his eyes scanning me. My nude body was hidden beneath the water, although I couldn’t help but wonder if he had seen me touching myself. “Were you looking for me?” I asked a bit hoarsely, watching as he shrugged off his robe and laid it over a nearby bench. The sight of the taut muscles in his back made my cheeks redden even more, although I could at least attribute that to the hot water. Chris shook his head and slipped into the water beside me with a weary sigh. “I figured you’d be in here,” he said, shutting his eyes for a moment and letting his head lean back on the marble edge. “Goddess, this feels good.”
