Anne stood outside the door, her face twisted with malice as she stared at Evelyn. "I finally found you both." Anne lunged at Evelyn with a knife, slashing wildly at Evelyn like a madwoman. Before Evelyn could react, Howard pulled her behind him, barely dodging the attack. Howard looked at Anne, his expression dark. "What are you doing here?" Anne looked down at her tattered clothes and the festering wounds covering her body, laughing bitterly. "Howard, you threw me into that living hell. I stayed alive for one reason only, to drag you to hell with my own hands." Watching Howard shield Evelyn behind him, hatred burned in Anne's eyes. "How perfect that you brought Evelyn back. Now I can send you both to hell together." With that, Anne pulled a lighter from her pocket. Only then did Evelyn notice the gasoline pooled around the doorway.
