And then his door was closing in her face. Marley slumped back into the passengers seat, watching Aiden approach the entrance, lifting his sunglasses to his head before making his way inside. The quaint, local business had a couple tables set up outside its place in a small shopping plaza, colourful umbrella's protecting its sitting customers from the sun.
Marley watched the groups gathered around the tables laughing and eating between conversation, or passing off their smoothies to each other for taste tests.
