Ryder’s POV When the song ended, I felt my senses come back to reality and the magical spell on the entranced audience slowly faded away. I looked towards Ness with a smile when rapturous rounds of thunderous applause burst into the room and we three tipped our imaginary hats as we bowed down respectfully together. Ness was beaming at me and I smiled back. The boys were literally ogling over my hot, female best friend and everyone was hooting wildly to cheer for her. However, she surprised everyone and a collective gasp resounded throughout the room when she pulled me by my tee and smashed her lips against mine. She was literally eating up my face! “Don’t kill me, Alpha,” she mindlinked me. “Just keep up the act and kiss me like you would ravish your mate,” she guided me and I kissed her back deeply as I imagined San’s lips on mine while dominating the kiss.
