Hospital staff, hearing Eli's name, dared not delay. They allocated the finest suite immediately. Angelina was devastatingly weak. Eli mobilized all resources, securing the most expensive equipment, the highest-grade nutritional supplements, the best nutritionists, and a dedicated medical team for Angelina's recovery. Yet, Angelina remained unconscious for three days. Eli stayed by her side. He never left. When Angelina opened her eyes, for a moment she thought she was dead. "Angie... you're awake!" Angelina tried to move, but searing pain slammed her back into hell's depths. Agony exploded. Trembling, she touched her abdomen.
