In a split second, all eyes in the hall snapped toward the entrance. Several students from a music academy stormed in, holding protest signs that read "Plagiarists Should Go to Hell" and "Plagiarism Is a Crime". The female student leading them glared furiously at Ava. "Do you have no shame? I can't believe you tweaked Ms. Delroy's breakthrough work and had the nerve to claim it as your own!" The smile on Ava's face froze instantly. Then, her eyes widened in disbelief. Liam immediately stepped forward, shielding Ava behind him. "What are you on about? This song was clearly written by Ms. Robertson…" "What?" The female student scoffed before raising her phone and playing Rosalie's original track. As the familiar melody echoed through the suddenly silent hall, everyone went still. The tune was almost identical to the song Ava had just released. When the original track ended, the female student looked up at Liam coldly.
