Jeanette frowned, still trying to make sense of what she'd overheard, when Giselle suddenly spotted her. Their gazes met across the doorway.
Giselle's expression shifted in an instant. Disgust flashed across her face as she dropped the pitiful act and snapped, "Jeanette? What are you doing here again? Do you really have to hover around William every chance you get?"
