Jeanette didn't even stop to tell Marcus. She headed straight into the lab.
Marcus followed in silence.
When Jeanette reached for a reagent that almost never left the shelf, something clicked for him. His eyes lit up.
That was right. Why hadn't he seen it?
The failure to neutralize wasn't caused by a ratio problem at all. They were missing a rarely used binding reagent.
