Chapter 18

The trigger CHRISTOPHER'S POV I flipped Louise's picture upside down before going to bed. In no time I was up and it was as though I had slept for a long time but the night was still young. I felt refreshed and sound greatly anticipating the next day. There was never a day I loved as much as today. I laid in my bed thinking about all that had happened and I was super grateful for the events of the day. Being on the same page with Michael was all I needed and I was glad I actually got it. I took a deep breath and closed my eyes but I still could no longer fall asleep. I was overly excited and it seems like the oxytocin level in my body increased. I jumped off the bed and headed to the sitting room. I kept pacing around aimlessly not knowing what to do with myself at the moment. I decided I should watch the television so I turned it on then moved to the kitchen to get some cookies and a glass of juice. I was surprised to see Michael in the kitchen eating. On sighting me, he laid
