"She’s gotta have time to say goodbye to the kids," James mumbled as he stared at his laptop screen. His face looked calm, but there was this faint sadness in his voice you couldn’t miss.
Cody looked conflicted for a moment before speaking up, “Boss, ever since you met Ethan, you’ve seriously softened up.”
