Rose’s POV I saw Adrian’s face change. It was like he was trying to let out something that has been held up inside of him for too long. That didn’t look like the punishment I expected but whatever it was I wanted to know. I wanted him to know that I will always be there for him no matter what our relationship was. It didn’t matter at all. “Adrian, is there something you want to tell me?” I asked taking caution. This was a man who never talked to anyone. He kept everything to himself. Did I even have the right to demand that he tells me what was bothering him? He sighed heavily and then muttered “I have never talked to anyone about it. But I guess that I have no any other choice but to tell you “He said with a voice so low that it tugged at my heartstrings. I touched his hands with understanding, “whatever it is, you can trust me with it. At least, I haven’t leaked out any of your secrets because I care about you as my employer. You gave me a second chance and this is one of the ways I
