“Kent!” Daniel shouts into the phone as Jerome drives frantically down the road, blazing through intersections, weaving around and between cars. “Someone – someone fucking took her!” They’d done their best to follow the van, but it had already been too late. By the time that they realized that Fay was gone from the side of the road – that she’d been snatched and wasn’t just hiding or something – the van was already out of sight, driving like a maniac. The farmer had screamed for them to go after her and they’d gotten into the car as fast as they could – But by the time they were on the road after it? The trail was completely cold.
