Chapter 3 Termination Contract

Demi Taylor's eyes flashed, and her tone abruptly shifted to exceedingly sweet: "Isn't this a major misunderstanding? I apologize, sister. I was being too rash right now." Nina observed her coldly but said nothing. In her heart, Demi was irritated. She was such a naive jerk. Colin started persuading: "I examined the brake marks. You two are going way too fast. This is quite risky. I'll start by calling a tow truck. Do you think we can fix it in private, Nina?" Nina couldn't say no, so she only replied gently. "Since both sides have obligations, let us each do our own work." Both cars were hauled away for repairs. Colin intervened when Nina was about to take a taxi to go "Nina, where are you going? I can take you there." "I'm going home." She pursed her lips. The man grinned slightly, his demeanor remaining friendly. "It just so happens that I want to take Demi back. Let's go together." Demi also took her arm in hers, appearing to be warm and intimate: "Yes, because we're on the same path, don't say no. Take a seat in the back." Nina felt disgusted in her heart. She could feel her hostility. But it was really redundant. She was no longer the oblivious little girl she once was. "Okay." So, she simply got into the car and sat down. Wasn't it common for a cousin to send his sister home? ... In the car. Demi talked to Colin from time to time. It appeared to be light talk, but she was actually expressing her affection. Colin adored her and was almost impervious to her wishes. Nina's heart was not stirred, and she only responded to a few queries on occasion. She spent the majority of her time gazing down at her phone in order to avoid seeing them. They didn't speak since Colin departed the nation that year. She had thought they would not see each other until he finished his studies. She never imagined that the reunion would be so quick and this way. The phone vibrated just then. "It's really bad, Sister Nina. Your catwalk to the United Kingdom has been replaced." Nina was taken aback. Oh, it sucks when people are unlucky. "Who changed? Who replaced me?" Her regular company assistant contacted her. After a long period of embarrassment, the little girl sent her a few links. "Look at how recent the news is. It appears that the person photographed is you." She followed the link and was greeted with a slew of candid images. The woman's facial features were distinct, and it was unmistakably her. And the man beside her was Felix. They met in cafes, walked together under plane trees, and kissed on the street. The image of them hugging and entering the hotel was the most lethal. Her respiration grew more rapid. "Is Sister May aware?" The contract she signed specifically stated that dating was not permitted. As a result, she had always had a secret relationship with Felix. Sister May was the agent in charge of her, and she wielded influence over her resources and exposure. "Probably the whole company knows." Nina's heart was extremely nervous. "Alright, thank you." After hanging up, she immediately called Sister May. The line was busy the first time she called. She didn't give up and contacted it again, only to be disconnected as soon as the phone rang. After a while. She received a private message. It was a signed contract for termination. There were also a few voices from Sister May. "I told you a long time ago not to bring your personal feelings to work." "You dare to hook up with the president of the Starlight Group. Do you want us to be buried with you?" "After printing and signing the contract termination letter, mail it to the company. That's all. Please do not contact me again." Nina was dumbfounded. Was Felix the president of Starlight Group?
