Evelyn walked out of the private booth with a stiff expression plastered on her face. She didn't bother hiding her bad mood—anyone could tell something was off. Julian definitely picked up on it. His eyes dropped to where she held his hand tightly. The corners of his lips tugged upwards in a small smirk. Evelyn held his hand firmly and marched straight out of the bar.
