Cassie's POV Thankfully Royce hasn't returned. My worry was just the fact that Brody has been out for longer than an hour. I really didn't want to bother him but my hands were ghost. "Brody." I called out in my raspy throat was as dry as sand. I waited for a response but what I got was a half naked Brody. He smiled his face still full of bruises. "Let's get you down." He said as his hands worked on releasing my hands once I was free I quickly went towards the floor not before Brody caught me. "I've got you love." He said as he sat me on the floor to work on the rope on my legs. At that point nausea took over me I wanted to pass out I think the lack of hydration was hitting me now. "Brody we have to get out of here he's going to kill me." I said as I laid on his chest enjoying his warmth. I couldn't help myself so wrapped my arms around his neck he stiffen for a minute then wrapped me in his arms pulling me on his lap.
