The bald man and the scar-faced man finally got a clear look at who had arrived—it was Tristan. Their faces instantly turned deathly pale. They clearly recognized who Tristan was and knew they had messed with someone they never should have.
"Mr. Freeman… This is a misunderstanding!" the bald man stammered, his voice full of fear.
The scar-faced man clutched his stomach and pleaded in pain, "Please have mercy. We were just following orders…"
They couldn't figure out why Tristan would suddenly show up here, of all places. This place was remote and hard to find.
