Chapter 1013 Carry You Forever

Sebastian gave Alice an icy look as he stuffed the photo in his pocket. Alice paused and mumbled sadly, “Okay. All the best for your marriage.” “Thank you,” thanked Sebastian absent-mindedly. Tamara watched as Alice kept the rest of the photos and waited until she left before turning to Sebastian. “Let me have a look at that photo.” She had just briefly glanced at the picture earlier. She wanted to have a closer look. Sebastian shook his head. “Finish your food. I’ll give it to you when we go back.” Tamara huffed, “I’m full.” Sebastian cocked a brow. “Are you sure? According to your plan, we haven’t even gone shopping yet. The shopping mall here seems to have a wide selection of stores we could go to. Are you saying you have the strength to go through them?” Hearing this, Tamara obediently continued eating her food. The picture was in Sebastian’s hands anyway. It wasn’t going anywhere. After the meal, Tamara went on with her initial planning and went around the mall. The mall was just as Sebastian had said. It was huge and filled with many shops. Tamara grew tired after going around the first floor. She spun around to look at Sebastian. The man seemed like he was taking a stroll in the park. He didn’t look tired in the slightest. Instead, he was grinning at her in amusement. “That’s not fair. Why aren’t you tired?” Tamara skipped to his side and whined childishly. Sebastian raised a brow. “Have you forgotten how much stamina I have?” Tamara flushed bright red. She couldn’t help but wonder why he kept bringing up that topic every chance he got. It seemed like he was deliberately trying to agitate her, and she wished he would let her have some peace. … Soon, the people in the mall witnessed a strange sight. A handsome man was giving a beautiful woman a piggyback ride. Each time the woman spotted something she fancied, the man would instruct the shopkeepers to ring it up and pay for it. The man didn’t look annoyed throughout the entire process. He patiently watched as the woman went through the stores. He even carried the woman the whole time. The onlookers grew jealous of the couple. Finally, Tamara had enough for the day. She pecked Sebastian’s cheeks. “Here’s your reward. You were great!” “I’ve carried you around for three hours. That’s all you can give as my reward?” huffed Sebastian. Tamara paused. She wiggled out of Sebastian’s grip. “Put me down.” “No,” denied Sebastian. Not only did Sebastian not let her down, but he also tightened her hold on her. “Sebastian Lynch! Put me down right now. You must be tired from carrying me around,” sighed Tamara helplessly. Sebastian shook his head. “I want to carry you like this forever.” Tamara giggled at this. She was happy with Sebastian’s promise and wanted to lose herself in it. Before long, evening arrived, and the two found a restaurant to dine in. The clothes would be sent to their place by the shops. Tamara was not hungry. She rested her chin on her hand and stared longingly at Sebastian. Sebastian noticed her stare and looked up from his food. “What are you looking at?” Tamara giggled. “I’m just wondering who this handsome man belongs to. Oh, wait! It’s me!” Sebastian chuckled, “You’re so childish.” After their dinner, they called it a day and went back to the hotel. Tamara was exhausted. Sebastian watched as Tamara slumped against the couch and sighed. He carried her into the bathroom to wash up. “Don’t fall asleep on me. If you do, I’ll make sure to keep you up all night,” threatened Sebastian when he noticed her dozing off. But he couldn’t hide the smile in his eyes.
