Hayden came not long after, so Lily and Terence left the hospital. As usual, Lily went back to Terence's place to shower and change so that she could meet with Cameron. Lily emerged from the bathroom while drying her hair with a towel after her shower. "Terence, aren't you busy with work? I'll meet with Cameron on my own in the afternoon." Terence turned back and stared at her for three seconds. After placing his laptop down, he walked before her, took her towel, and started drying her hair for her. "I'm not busy with work. I'd delegated my tasks at Jadeford before going to Longinium." This was Lily's first time having someone dry her hair for her. As Terence ran his fingers through her hair, the dampness from her hair dampened his fingers too. Lily glanced at their shadows. Terence's actions were a little awkward—clumsy, even. Her body felt a little stiff and uncomfortable. "How about Devereux Group?" In a warm voice, Terence answered immediately, "My father's around."
