William scanned the room and raised a brow at one spot. “What’s with you?” Lucas shoved him onto the middle couch in the frame. “Sit there. It’s interview time.” “If you want an interview, book a slot with Eric,” William said, clearly not in the mood, and started to get up. Lucas suddenly pulled something from behind and stuck it on his head. It was a mask made from a photo of Elsie. Dressed in a biker jacket and now wearing Elsie’s face, Lucas looked hilariously out of place. William’s gaze paused on him for a second before he chuckled. “You trying to get smacked?” But he stayed seated, voice noticeably gentler. “I’ve got two meetings later. Let’s keep this quick.” Lucas handed him a mic and clipped it onto his collar. William lounged back, staring amusedly at the mask of Elsie on Lucas’s head. “Where’d you get that?
