When Elsie walked out with her stuff, that Phantom was still parked right at the filming site’s gate.
William leaned against the car door, his grey suit with notch lapels taking the edge off his usual easygoing wildness. The pinstripes gave him a refined, aristocratic air.
When he saw her, William stood up slowly and asked, "Ms. Clarke, think I’m allowed to give you a ride home today?"
Elsie crossed her arms, waiting on her assistant’s car, hair loosely clipped behind her head. She just gave him a frosty glance. "Nope."
