Ari and Vincent kneeling down beside me. Colin crying and getting into the ambulance.  My head turned to my mate.  "Does the pack know?" My mate was taken aback by the question. He stared at me with his mouth agape.  Uncomfortable silence settled in the room. Everyone looked at each other. It seemed like nobody had an answer.  Finally, Luna Irene spoke. "Alexia, you are a brave warrior. You fought those bastards who were responsible for the death of my mate with valor and courage. The Shadow Moon Pack could not ask for a better Luna and a Warrior." Alexia's POV My eyes brimmed with tears as I stared up at Luna Irene. Ariana held my free hand.  "That is the best thing anybody has ever said to me" I said, looking at Luna Irene. Her hands wound around my body, careful to not tighten the embrace. She gave me a motherly smile and kissed my forehead.
