Valdus' POV

She can be stubborn, hot, independent, smart and so damn annoying! I had so much scrolls to freaking read but I'm here, like a history teacher telling her stuffs about the structures of house, flowers, animals and it's really getting irritating.

Damn! I can leave him here but I can't just easily do it. Or else she will strangle me.

"We need to go back Ameerah! It's getting really cold!" I exclaimed

She sighed, "But I still want to go around! I'm not even cold!"

So freaking stubborn! I had no choice so I carry her bridal style. He was hit hard and even hit me on the arm tss. I gave her a bored look before helping her to climb up to the horse. I followed afterwards.

He was so naughty when I started to walk the horse so I hugged him. She didn't expect that so she temporarily lost her balanced making her hands gripped my thighs hard waking the beast between my thigh.

"Damn it Ameerah! Take your hands off my thighs!" I growled

Instead of pulling it away. She gripped it even more and not just that. She even caressed it. Damn! Damn! Damn! I can feel my friend down there. It was fully awake! Damn it!

This lady was so mischievious!

"Not again Ameerah!" I warned her in a low husky tone. Urgh. "Take those soft hands off or I'll make love to you the moment we step foot in the palace!"

I laughed mentally when she pulled it away in an instant. My Queen was scared. Hmm. She should not take it off and be stubborn. It'll both benefits us anyway.

We immediately reach the palace and I help her get off from the horse. She slapped my hands on her waist.

"I could get off Valdus!" He moaned

I shrugged my shoulders. She successfully landed in the ground with no broken bones. Good. I wrapped my arm around her waist as if it was normal for the two of us, but it's not. I knew that. But I can help but to act this way when this was against my rules.

It's like a battle between my rules and my own will. It's scary where this will lead me but damn. She's getting really addicted to me that sometimes I don't want to let her go anymore.

Ameerah's POV

We were about to enter the palace when a soldier approached us in a hurry. Valdus frowned at him.

"Your majesty. King Ephraim invited you and your Queen for some dinner later. He said he'll be looking forward for it," the soldier said in a formal tone.

It seems to me that my stubbornness in this palace is too much for me. When it comes to Valdus, it seems like I always have to be brave to hide how I feel because even if it's just his simple gestures and simple words. My heart was shamelessly beating abnormally fast.

I wiped my mouth then stood up. I was about to leave the dining area when I saw Amber.

"Why are you in a hurry? Did something happen?" I will ask

And she was right, Alderie was there with five older women but they were still beautiful because of the jewelry and fancy royal dresses they wore.

Valdus was also there who was serious while talking to Ephraim who just smiled as if teasing. There's atleast 3 Kings here and 2 Generals. The rest was their wives. I smiled. I seem to have forgotten.

I raised my chin up and walked towards them in a very graceful and powerful manner. I was quickly noticed by a general who was there. They looked at me the same way. I smiled mentally in how the way Valdus looked at me. He looks so very proud of me.

I approached Valdus and rubbed his arm. I gave them a very sweet smile which was obviously fake and Valdus knew that because I heard him laugh softly.

Don't laugh! You didn"t say they were here!

"I'm sorry my Queen. I forgot to tell you. You keep me too occupied earlier," he said

I knew he heard what I said so I pinched him on the side. I heard the giggles of the ladies in front of us.

"You? Queen Ameerah? How many kids do you want?" Alderie asked

My heart stopped. Kids? And Valdus was the father? It was a very good idea but I didn't have the decision if it wasn't for Valdus. I want to have kids but does he want too?

Ameerah's POV

Excitement and thrill I feel now. First, because of what Valdus said. And to cover up how I feel. I pinched her on the side which the ladies giggled. Second, Alderie was fuming in annoyance and jealousy but because he was good at hiding. No one noticed while Ephraim was just quiet and I was caught once staring. That's he earned a glare from me.

I hate it when someone was staring at me for too long. I feel like I'm just waiting for someone to notice me.
