Audrey arrived at the estate gates and found Zoey standing outside. She smiled. "Malcolm mentioned that you've stopped by six times in the past two weeks. What's going on, Aunt Zoey?" Zoey held her gaze. "I'm here to see Alexander. His phone's been off for days. Audrey, have you locked him up? Even if you're married, that's illegal." Audrey scoffed. "Oh, so you do remember we're married, Aunt Zoey? For my aunt, you seem a little too invested in Alexander." She moved closer and lowered her voice. "Even if Alexander kissed you, it doesn't mean anything. He was just trying to provoke me. You didn't actually think he liked you, did you?" Zoey went still. "And Aunt Zoey? From now on, don't come around unless there's a reason. And even then, don't. You're not welcome here."
