Near the end of the lesson, Sean drank some water before sweeping his gaze across the seated students. "Next, I'll be selecting one of you to answer a question. When a patient has concurrent surgical contraindications—such as severe coagulopathy and a life-threatening acute abdomen—how should we construct a risk-stratification model?
"Please propose a decision-making framework based on different clinical scenarios. You have three minutes to discuss."
In an instant, the classroom erupted into a chaotic murmur.
Seeing as Cameron wasn't a medical professional, Cecilia immediately turned to Gary. "Gary, let's discuss the problem together."
However, Gary didn't even bother answering her. He just angled his body toward Teresa and began talking to her.
