Hector was taken aback, but he didn't ask for the reason. He simply replied, "Alright, Mr. Langdon."
Meanwhile, Teresa sat uneasily on the edge of the flowerbed as Gary helped her remove her shoe to massage her ankle.
"Gary, you don't have to do that. We're right beside the hospital. I'll be fine once I get some ointment."
She leaned forward, trying to push him away and help him up.
Gary looked up, and their eyes met. They were so close it seemed as though they might kiss.
Cameron happened to see this. He abruptly hung up on Hector and strode into the private room.
Inside, Justin and Cecilia rose to greet him, but Cameron ignored them. His face was thunderous, his mood clearly foul.
