The neighborhood where I rented a place was great. Not long after moving in, I caught wind that some landlords did mind tenants giving birth in their rental homes.
Not wanting to cause anyone trouble, I contacted the same agent. I asked him to help me look for any units for sale in the same neighborhood.
This wasn't a big city, and the cost of living was relatively low, so housing prices weren't too high. Before long, I bought a property that matched my preferences in both size and decor.
After a month of back-and-forth moving and setting up, I finally settled down. Just as I breathed a sigh of relief, my long-missed pregnancy symptoms came back.
