Chapter 54. Quality Time

^ The houses that are inhabited by the Betas of Midnight Fire. Pretty beautiful, eh? They're located at the start of the residential area, not too far from the main house. The white house belongs to Rob & Steph, the red house is owned by Marco & Cece and finally, the yellow house belongs to Daniel. ---- Last night, I barely managed to close my eyes. After the last-minute plan was proposed and agreed upon, Dante insisted on taking me out for our first date. One down, nineteen to go. I've got to say, having a late-night picnic in the little grotto under the stars was a pretty suave move. We spoke no further about Kurt or our plans for the morning. Tonight was simply about enjoying our time together. At first light, I was a hot mess. Dante and I had watched the sunrise, and only then did I realise that my recruits would be waiting for me. Our morning warm up sessions actually occur half an hour before the patrols at Midnight Fire, so I couldn't risk
