“Don’t even think about leaving,” he murmured against her lips, voice dark and breathless. “I won’t let you run.” Lily didn’t reply. She couldn’t. Her mind was a mess, her body burning. His words shouldn’t have thrilled her, but they did. Shamefully, deeply, they did. He pulled back, his gaze locking with hers, stormy and wild. “Look at you,” he whispered, running his fingers down her trembling thighs. “You’re shaking for me.” She bit her lip, unable to deny the heat pulsing between her legs, the ache that had built the moment he stepped too close. David cupped her core, feeling how soaked she was—not just from the bathwater. A dark, knowing smirk curved his lips. “Disgracefully needy.” His mouth descended on her neck, licking, sucking, branding her skin with every stroke. She gasped when his fingers slipped between her folds, entering her without hesitation. Two fingers, deep, rhythmic, relentless. Her back arched violently, her head thrown back. “David....!” “Say it,” he growled agai
