I held the gun near me and walked in front of them, but as soon as we reached the top of the stairs I heard growling and howling outside, I sneaked a glance and sure enough I saw a lot of familiar wolves fighting the rogues. I almost groaned, they just had to follow me.  I also noticed a black wolf fighting the rogues and almost froze, Ethan came with them too? I really didn't expect that. I looked at the people behind me and saw them all looking frail and weak. Males were holding on to their mates protectively and children were almost shivering from fear, not one of them had the strength to fight. "Follow me" I told them as I headed for the back door.
