Angela ran to hug her mom, "I'm so glad you are safe." Angela said, almost crying.



"How are you?" Sarah asked Angela curiously.



Angela started crying, "I'm sorry Mom." Angela apologised.



"What is wrong with that?" Sarah asked, confused.



"I'm sorry Mom." Angela said again, still crying.



"Why are you crying?" Sarah asked curiously.



"I caused all this, you should have let them have me." Angela said almost in a whisper.



"It's not your fault." Sarah said with a smile.



"You don't understand, Erica is not here." Angela yelled.



"Where is Erica?" Sarah asked curiously.



"We got separated while coming here." Angela replied, still crying.



"How?" Sarah said, almost crying



"She was able to escape with some of the girls." Angela replied.



"Stop crying, we will find her." Sarah tried to comfort Angela.

CHAPTER TEN





When we got to the palace the guards opened the door, the elders were there waiting for the Alpha. As they saw the Alpha they all stood up to greet him.



Alpha Davis went to his seat Angela stood at his side, some guards were also at his side. The Alpha sat down before the elders sat down.





"What is it that you want to discuss with me" Alpha Davis asked.



"We discovered that the good that we were supposed to export to the other pack is missing." One of the elder said, almost in a whisper.



"What do you mean by that?" Alpha Davis yelled.



They all stood up immediately "your highness we are doing something about it." One of the said.



"How did this happen?" Alpha Davis asked. He stretched his hand and Angela gave him tea.



"On their way to the pack they were robbed." One of the elder replied stammering.

The Alpha was resting when the guards announced that one of his mistress was here.



"What is she doing here?" He asked myself.

People wandered why the alpha made her his mistress instead of a luna, even with her beauty.



"Your highness" she bowed down to greet the Alpha.



"I heard you just choose a personal maid?" She said with a smile.



"Yes, but she is not here" he replied.



"Oh, is she not supposed to be at your side?" She asked. She noticed the Alpha was not interested in answering her questions.

I left with the food angrily and went to my room. what was making me angry , was is it because he stressed to cook? Or because his mistress was with him
