"David, while you were the director of Design Team B, you've repeatedly cleaned up after Selene's mess by assigning the tasks she couldn't finish to other employees. As a result, your subordinates had to work overtime every day because of Selene. By showing preferential treatment, you failed as a leader."
"To make matters worse, the design Selene submitted three days ago was plagiarized—it was an imitation of our competitor's product, but you didn't notice.
"You even sent the work to the client because you wanted to give her a chance to shine. Our client discovered it and wants to terminate their contract with us.
"You've harmed the company's reputation and caused financial losses. In recognition of your outstanding performance at our branch office in the past, we ask that you tender your resignation voluntarily," said Jennifer.
