Isabella paused, settling her gaze on Samantha. "You may have had a rough childhood, but I sponsored you later on. At the very least, you never lacked material support. In fact, you were living a wealthy lifestyle. "Yet, after gaining those material resources, you didn't choose to rely on your own efforts. Instead, you chose to use lies to look for a new source you can depend on." Samantha stiffened slightly, as if Isabella's words had struck a painful nerve deep inside her. Her lips trembled as she tried to argue back, but no words came out. Isabella no longer wished to deal with her. She turned to leave, only to have Samantha grab her wrist. "No, don't go! I know this is my fault, but I really do love him. I'm begging you, can you forgive him? I won't pose any threat to you ever again. I just want him to be happy. As long as he is, that's enough…" Isabella shook her hand free and said calmly, "He's just a man. He's not worth you doing all this." With that, she ignored Samantha
