"Alright, Mrs. Grant, it's a deal then."   Mr. Johns, a businessman who had just finalized a contract deal with Holly Corporation CEO, Olivia Grant, said, and he stretched his hands for a handshake.   Olivia smiled, accepting his outstretched hands.   "I believe this project will end up being the talk of the town."   He added, and Olivia chuckled.   "Of course, Mr. Johns, it's only natural for it to become the talk of the town; after all, you got the contract from Holly Corporation."   Saying that she turned to Regan Wales and blinked at him.   "I'll get going, as I still have a lot to do. My assistant here will show you around."   Olivia added, and Mr. John's face darkened a bit. But he was quick to cover the displeasure he felt with a fake grin.   "Oh, there'll be no need for that, Mrs. Grant; I understand you are busy, and so am I.
