Freddy nodded. It didn't take long for Freddy to finish speaking to the police. He was holding a USB drive when he returned. He approached Weston and handed it to him. "Mr. Lowe, the abductors filmed a secret recording of the abduction as a backup plan. It shows the entire abduction in full detail." Weston was quiet for a long time before he accepted the USB drive with trembling hands. He plugged it into his computer, but he was almost too scared to watch it. He didn't dare imagine what he would see if Richard was telling the truth. He didn't want to see the hopeless look on Sylvia's face that was caused by his biased protection of Elaine. The video started playing. As Richard said, he and Elaine were the ones who had orchestrated Sylvia's abduction. He watched Sylvia make her escape when the pair lost consciousness after taking the drugs. He noticed how her left hand looked a little unnatural and realized that she had dislocated her left wrist to free herself from her bindings.
