As soon as Tricia finished talking, she flicked her wrist, and the tip of her blade nearly pierced Lexi's neck. Just in the nick of time, a gunshot rang out, and Tricia was shot straight in the head. Her eyes froze wide open as her body dropped instantly. Lexi's face was covered in blood. Her body was trembling, and she was too shocked to make a sound. Henry rushed to her side and pulled her into his arms. "Lexi, it's over now. You're safe."
