Chapter 127
Cassandra darted forward, grabbed one thug by the shoulder, and flipped him hard over her shoulder. While he hit the ground with a thud, she swung her leg and kicked another guy straight across the room.
A cold smirk tugged at her lips. Her eyes – icy and sharp – landed squarely on Mara, who stood not too far away, watching.
The thugs, embarrassed and pissed that so many of them couldn’t take down a lone girl, exchanged looks and launched themselves at her, anger blazing in their eyes.
The big private room instantly turned tense and deadly. Cassandra moved like lightning, dodging their blows and striking back without hesitation. Every move was precise, clean, and brutal — they didn’t even get a chance to touch her.
