Chapter 107
Sabrina didn't say a word.
Daniel let out a self-deprecating chuckle. "She's never liked me. It's always just been me overthinking things."
"You're kidding, right? A handsome guy like you and she's not interested?" The guard glanced at Sabrina and shook his head. "Girl, don't set your standards too high. He's a good one-you sure you wanna pass that up?"
Sabrina stayed quiet, looking expressionless.
The guard looked between the two of them, then reached under the desk and pulled out a booklet. "Here, this is the kindergarten's 30th anniversary album. It's got group graduation photos from each year. Normally we don't hand these out, but since you two are here, why not-take one."
Daniel lit up and took it eagerly. After flipping through a couple pages, he quickly found their year. Pointing to a round-faced little girl in the photo, he grinned, his eyes soft. "Look, that's you!"
Sabrina wrinkled her nose but still peeked over.
Her features weren't fully developed then, but it was unmistaka
