Chapter 24
Luciana glanced at the door when the windchimes rang, her expression neutral as ever.
Less than a second later, she was bombarded with over 30 orders.
She frowned. 50 cups of coffee? Was Stephen trying to kill her by exhaustion?
Luciana told him to cancel his orders with an icy expression on her face.
"I was just trying to make more sales for your shop, Lucy. You can make me anything you like, I'll enjoy them regardless," Stephen said.
Lucy rolled her eyes, disgusted by him.
But she wasn't going to refuse some idiot's easy money. She spoke to her staff in fluent Evelandish, instructing them to make the coffees. She then retired to the staff lounge.
Stephen's heart lurched. He accidentally bumped into a wooden chair by his feet, making the thing creak loudly. But he didn't care. He just marched over to the lounge.
He had already lost Luciana twice before. Now that he'd managed to find her again, he couldn't let her leave his sight.
"Hold up." Hunter stood before the lounge room
