THEY’LL THINK YOU HAVE GONE MAD

“What…what are you saying,” she muttered, her voice low, and I could see fear brimming in her eyes. “I told no lies, Tell me, where is your mother? Who took her,” I growled, my eyes flaring wide and intimidating. She trembled under my touch, shivering in fear. I watched in just a fraction of second as her expression changed and gaze darkened in anger. Gone was the scared girl who watched me with eyes of fear just a while ago. Replacing her was a devious one who cares about no one but herself. She swiped my hands away from her arm in anger, as she pushed me back with enough force that made me tumble on my steps. “Your claims are baseless,” she hissed. My lips parted in shock as I stared at her, my insides twisting with anger. Taking my distraction, she grabbed on my hands unexpectedly. Her grip was firm as she dragged me out of the door. I struggled to push her away, but it was futile, her grip was surprisingly strong. Her nails cut through my skin as she moved past the door of the room
