Alejandro's POV
It was like waking up from a drowning. My heart ached more than my body, and my ribs screamed with each breath. She nearly passed away. Camila. And I was powerless to stop it.
Luis was still alive. and disappeared once more. On that tape, his voice could still be heard echoing in the cathedral and reverberating in my mind like an unsettling ghost.
