Nia felt frustrated as she couldn't ask what she wanted over the phone but didn't want to do it in front of Lauren either. She pretended to be concerned about Eve's health instead, asking how she was feeling while avoiding eye contact with Lauren. Eve thought her sister cared for her well-being and talked about herself in detail while thanking her for his care. However, this insincere conversation wouldn't last long under Lauren's watchful gaze. Soon enough, Nia found an excuse t
