Chapter 15 Lainey Scolds Cason
Cason's cold face showed irritation. "I'm still..."
Before he could finish speaking, Ainsley interrupted him, "You're still in a meeting, right?"
Ainsley's voice was unusually cold. "Mr. Baldry, no one will wait for you forever. Since you have decided to divorce, let's finish the paperwork as soon as possible. You are preparing for the wedding. What's the point of delaying the divorce? Do you want to make yourself look good in front of others? But I feel that this is quite boring."
Ainsley was tired of Kaliyah's constant testing and the endless connection with Cason.
She had always been a decisive person. She didn't care much about anything else when falling in love with a person, and she wanted to have a clean break when she decided to leave that man.
She wouldn't be narcissistic enough to think that Cason liked her, so he didn't want to divorce her so quickly. Cason just didn't take everything about her seriously.
